Refund Policy for New Accounts

We have a 30 day money back guarantee for all new hosting accounts. If you are not completely satisfied with our services within the first 30 days of your contract, you will be given a full refund of the contract amount excluding over usage costs from data transfer and disk space.

Refund Policy for Renewals

Renewal of all web hosting contracts will only be refunded if VicoloHost is notified prior to the Invoice Date. Refund requests received after this date will be made at the discretion of VicoloHost Management. All cancellations must be received in writing at least 5 days prior to the renewal date and can be sent by e-mail. Please contact administrator at admin@vicolohost.com
